Your role:

  • Prepare and manage research grant applications

  • Coordinate projects from start to finish

  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and reporting

  • Communicate with partners and ensure project visibility

  • Support research administration and help grow our project portfolio

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Fluent English (written & spoken)

  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and quick to learn

  • Experience with project management or EU grants is an advantage
