Art Meets Technology: Inspiring Visit at the FunGlass Centre

On May 23, the FunGlass Centre hosted a vibrant meeting that brought together leading figures in Slovak and Czech glass design and education. Dagmar Galusková, Head of the Department of Glass Analytics at FunGlass, welcomed esteemed guests including Václav Řezáč, a renowned glass designer and teacher from the Studio of Glass and Jewelry, Department of Design, Technical University of Liberec (Czech Republic); Milan Krajíček, a respected designer and educator from the Academy in Světlá nad Sázavou; and Patrik Illo, acclaimed Slovak visual artist, internationally recognized glass designer, external chief designer for Rona a.s., and Head of the Glass Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava.

Dagmar introduced the guests to the FunGlass workplace, showcasing its state-of-the-art infrastructure and research capabilities.

The meeting sparked an engaging and insightful discussion focused on the integration of technology in art and design.
